T Top Thai Wentworthville — Restaurant in Sydney

I went for dinner yesterday and wanted to introduce this T Top Thai restaurant to my friend and his wife who had literally bad experience for the Thai food. There was some disappointing things happened, first, we ask for the normal chilli basil fried rice spicy and they gave us without Tofu in it and the lady was serving us said that they didn't add tofu because she thought we don't want it and also they didn't make it spicy, hence we had to ask them for some chilli sauce and they had given us with very upset face (Don't know why the couldn't give us chilli sauce with smile). When we finished, we went to counter for payment and they charge us for sauce(Don't mind pay for the sauce but they should mention in the menu as well for that) where I never come across any Asian restaurants, so I asked Mr. Rafle about this and said him that charging extra money like this not gonna make them rich nor gonna make me poor but you might loose some regular customers so Mr. Rafle replied that he can't do much as he was told by his BOSS. I made an order today via menulog It was a pickup order. I went in and asked for the order. And the person at the store said someone else had already come in and picked up the order. I showed my order number and showed that I'm the person to pick up. She then said that the menu log sent a person to pick it up. I told her my order was a pickup and was not meant for delivery. Clearly the person had swapped the order with another order (and should have not given the order to the delivery person in the person in the first place). She then said they don't have crab left to remake the order. I asked for a refund. She said I would need to get it via Menulog. After waiting for 30mins, she then gave me the option of a refund and she will cancel the order. Today is mother's day. And I ended up buying KFC on my way back home. Instead of the food, I had ordered for the family. I am very dissatisfied and annoyed with this entire experience. I would like my order to be refunded as I did not...

Severely disappointed is an understatement.

New Owners - New Portions - New APPAULING rudeness and customer service from owner herself!

I ordered a fried rice that specially stated on the menu on the website that it contained eggplant PLUS I also called to order and confirmed the ingredients - various vegetables.

I then drove home and when I went to eat the dish I found ZERO Eggplant ZERO vegetables other than bamboo and the beef I ordered with it.

When I called to ask I was ABUSED by the owner who refused to apologise or make a new one and deliver it. She asked ME to drive the 30mins back to the restaurant with my food to get a refund. She said she will also be calling the police to make a case?

I have been a loyal happy customer since 2010 and tonight with great sadness I will never return.
