What a nightmare experience we had tonight. As we were in a happy mood and having our evening walk and passed by Woodcroft shopping Center and We went to order a lava cake . The lady at the service took the order and told us to wait 10 mins. After 20/25 mins waiting time , we went back and found she forgot our order and served another customer who ordered after us. She said to wait another 2/3 mins and she reluctantly said sorry without showing any empathy. We kept waiting another 10 mins and then asked her our order status . She suddenly got very angry and said â I already said sorry and what you want me to do ? Take refund and go awayâ. She was shouting to us and asked us to shut up. In reply we said to her you should not behave with us like that . We don't want the refund as we already waited for 30 mins. She then again shouted and said she donât care for only $5 dollar order .and she screamed and forcing us to get out of the store .She become hysterical and then threaten us that she is going to call police whereas we weâre just standing there and going through all her bad temper and attacking attitude. Then she closed the door in front of our face and in the mean time one the staff delivered the cake and we left that place .
In a civilized country like Australia I never thought that we are going to experience such horrible customer support. We never had such experience throughout our lives. This is traumatic customer service and made a scar , now rest of life we will be scared to step into any Pizza Hut. Pizza Hut is one of my favorite chain and now I have to avoid your esteem brand due to this incident. I did not read all these negative reviews before! I truly request pizza Hut Australia to take steps to stop to such customer...

My Mum placed an order online since today is Tuesday and there was a buy one get one free order. My Mum mistakenly placed an order for one pizza when we wanted two. A minute after we called the store in Woodcroft. My Mum rang the store and said "Hi, I am really sorry but I have mistakenly placed the wrong order. Could you change the order and I will pay any other price if needed for my 2nd pizza as it is buy one get one free." The lady on the phone said "no hun" in a really really rude way over and over again and not letting my mother speak.
My Mum asked why are you speaking to me like this? What have I done to you to get this type of customer service through phone? She said "LIKE WHAT!? IN WHAT WAY? mum was answering her and she then said "Shut Up!"
Mum said "I always buy from you guys can you not help us out here". You guys have terrible customer service. May I speak to the manager?" The lady replied back saying "I AM THE MANAGER!" She then said "You are Indian you should understand and not talk back like this."
Tell me one thing. Firstly, How can you judge us just by looking at my name on the order. Secondly, why? Just Why... All i asked for was another pizza as I had paid online but for one pizza. If it is buy one get one free what would happen if you would have just made us another Pizza? SHE WAS SO RACIST! While talking on the phone she hung up the phone on us as well.

As a regular customer who has enjoyed their pizzas in the past, I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my last visit. The lady at the front counter needs to be reviewed by HR or pizza hut management.
Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a lady who seemed disinterested and unwelcoming. Her lack of enthusiasm was immediately noticeable, and it set the tone for the rest of my visit. When I approached the counter to place my order, she appeared irritated and made no effort to hide her impatience.
Upon receiving my order, I noticed that it was not what I had initially requested. Understandably, mistakes happen, and I approached the lady at the counter politely, explaining the situation and requesting a replacement for the incorrect pizza. To my surprise, instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the mistake, the lady responded with rudeness and outright refused to give me another pizza. Her dismissive attitude was completely uncalled for, leaving me feeling frustrated and disrespected as a customer.
Customer service plays a crucial role in the success of any establishment, and unfortunately, this particular Pizza Hut outlet failed to meet even the most basic standards.
