Feeling really annoyed the customers before me order a foot long on garlic cheese and herbs they asked for the ends to be cut off then they changed their mind. They were there for quite a few minutes . When I was ready to order I was ordering that same bread she was going to offer it to me saying it had only been sitting out for a couple seconds and I know it was longer than that because I was behind those customers the whole time how rude and poor customer service to offer the bread roll with the cut off ends that had been sitting out for well over a few minutes to your next customer in line you should have just thrown it away. He was incredibly polite, patient and was attentive.
He informed us how long it would be till our orders were ready. He advised how long it would be in the oven, he apologised when he had to serve customers, he thanked us for our patience when he came back to serve us all while managing multiple customers.
Adrian has great work ethic and will go far in a customer service role or any that he chooses to pursue as he genuinely wants to give anyone quality work/service.
