Pizza Inn Emu Plains — Restaurant in Sydney

So unbelievably bad at customer service and delivery of product you’ll think I’m making my story up!! Ordered 2 pizzas at 5.40pm. At 6.50pm received two pizzas but they were NOT what we ordered. Completely wrong, thought the driver gave us the wrong boxes. Ring store to complain. Got a trainee of sorts who after 10 mins of looking for our order said a replacement would come in 30 mins. I double checked they knew what we were supposed to get. 40 mins later I ring again and they say another 20 mins. Driver arrives at 8.10pm with only ONE pizza. Bear in mind this is 80 mins after first complaint and 2 and a half hrs after original order. He rings store and says the boss said we’ll send another. It’s now 9pm and it hasn’t arrived. The first time i tried and i will never go back. I ordered 2 pizzas, spaghetti bolognese, buffalo hot chicken wings and a rack of ribs. every part of the experience was disappointing. This was the worst service i have ever experienced, probably worse than Emu Plains McDonalds. To be told online order wait time 15 minutes, i waited 25 minutes before i showed up, then they said 5 to 10 minutes more, after 15 minutes more i got told a few more minutes, etc, etc this went on until a total time of 1 hour and 15 minutes, so i was standing there waiting for 50 minutes extra and still got the wrong pasta, boscaiola instead of bolognese and flavourless sad looking pizza that has too much bread as a base, the greek salad was pityful and more like a sad garden salad with olives and mushroom, no buffalo sauce on the chicken wings and some...

We first tried Mr spaghetti last week & it was amazing! We decided to order again tonight (Friday night takeaway!). My husband has a seafood allergy which I clearly advised when I placed my order, sadly when the pizza arrived there were prawns on it. A mistake made by a new employee which is understandable. What I can base my review on how this was handled when I rang the store. It was no problem to replace the pizza & it would be 15-20 mins… I offered the pizza back with the prawns on it, however when the lovely young man said I could keep it I was thrilled!
