Playground cafe and bar — Restaurant in Sydney

While usually this is a great place, I have to express my disappointment at the service. My friends and I were the only ones seated out the back and on three occasions to 1. Order coffee, 2. Get menus and 3. Order food. Not once did any of the staff come out to check if we wanted to order, but instead hung out around the coffee machine laughing the whole time. If there is an expectation to order at the counter, this needs to be better communicated with clearer signage. Really nice spot in the centre of Woolooware, and arguably the central spot itself due to its bustling activity.

Food was good, classic Australian fare at reasonable prices.

Coffees were also good with great latte art.

Seating is a little limited, but there are options inside, outside, and out back. However as it's the main thing open on a Sunday expect to potentially wait for a table.
