Siboni's Coffee — Restaurant in Sydney

Driving to Sydney and I spy bundles of brown sacking on the pavement, These look like coffee bags and on the super busy pacific highway, I do a perfect manoeuver, to grab a park and go in and investigate. I am sick of driving to Sydney to pick up my fresh beans and I wish myself luck. Its a small, unassuming shop, with one wall full of fresh coffee beans, the other with coffee equipment and on the counter an espresso machine, for freshly made in house coffees. A local woman is at the counter buying her supplies and recommends the Ethiopian decaff brand, which is very good, she says. This is even better news, as my doctor has banned all caffeine from my diet, due to a medical condition. I buy this and a fresh cup of coffee and leave the shop and head on to Sydney. Back home the beans are ground and turned into our first coffee of the day and yes they are as good as I was told. I return to the shop and this time manage to find a park under the building, behind the shops, as I am not going on too Sydney this time. A different person serves me, who is knowledgeable, but her freshly made coffee is too milky and unappetising, it goes in the rubbish. I am so thrilled to find a coffee supplier fairly close to my home (I live on an island on the Hawkesbury, near Brooklyn) , the staff service could be as disagreeable as they want and I would still go there. Staff are friendly and more than willing to provide guidance on the different beans they sell.
