Great relaxing buffet breakfast restaurant on the ground floor of Holiday Inn in Mascot. Staff were attentive and friendly and the breakfast come with barista served coffee. There's a special egg station to top the service. Food options were good but kind of limited. Another highlight is the pancake machine with a giant tank of Nutella.... Great breakfast buffet! The usual breakfast spread, bacon, chorizo, eggs etc, Congee available but the omelette/ egg station is excellent!
