Dear Restaurant/Customer Support Team,

I recently placed my first order through your website, and I was excited to see that a 10% discount was being offered for first-time customers. However, during checkout, I encountered an error, and the discount was not applied to my order.

When I reached out for clarification, I was informed that due to a system issue, the discount did not apply and, unfortunately, could not be honoured. I find this disappointing, as the offer was clearly advertised, and I placed my order with the expectation that it would be fulfilled as promised.

I believe that if a promotion is advertised, it should be honoured regardless of technical issues. This experience has impacted my trust in the platform, and I hope you can take steps to ensure that such issues do not occur for other customers in the future. I would appreciate it if you could reconsider honouring the discount or provide a resolution that acknowledges this inconvenience.

Average restaurant, you could definitely find better places at similar price points. The food we ordered came at an acceptable time and tasted fine, not bad but not amazing. Our only complaint would be how inattentive the service staff is during lunch. The times we have dined at this restaurant, we’ve had to stand awkwardly and wait for a long time to be seated despite being one of the few patrons at the establishment. The service staff tends to hang around the back which means she can’t see us when we get to the restaurant. This slow service is seen again when we’re ready to order and she is nowhere to be found. Ordered Thai fried rice spicy and pad Thai normal along with egg fried rice on 18.09. Thai Fried rice was was with sticky rice , no salt, raw veggies and no spice. Pad Thai was sticky and hard to seperate. Egg fried rice was just egg and sticky rice not even tossed in wok. When called to enquire, we’re told that Thai cuisine is not Spicy and we have provided chilly past for you to adjust to your levels. When enquired about salt, they said we have to adjust to our needs. And then the lady on the phone says owner will call tomorrow. This has happened twice to us. Definitely avoidable place...
