Yummy Kitchens @ Beecroft — Restaurant in Sydney

I believe this restaurant is now called Beecroft DIY Chinese. I tried ordering a laksa tonight and they cancelled my order as they don't deliver to Eastwood. I live on Mobbs Lane. The entire Lane is Epping aside from a block of units I reside in. Essentially it's Epping. I'm stuck at home with Covid and tried to explain that I can't come and get the food. I also said if you crossed over the road from my unit it'd be Epping. If you drive further down Mobbs Lane it'd be Epping (a further drive from their restaurant to deliver.) They wouldn't budge and cancelled my order. I wouldn't order from here again. It was terrible customer service and they were not at all interested in having a logical discussion on delivery...

SLOW SERVICE, LYING OWNERS DO NOT GO HERE Ordered takeaway and live opposite so very close was advised 40 mins, turned up and waited another 40 minutes. Ordered mixed entrees, 3 dishes, 2 were cold and sauce was cold to go with soggy cold entrees. Honey Prawns were advertised as 12 per dish, only 10. Serving sizes are getting smaller and smaller and filled with onion, very little meat. This is the third time this has happened, will not be returning here and want to warn all of you to stay away - there are plenty of other eateries in Beecroft that are far superior...

ordered at 5.50pm supposed to be delivered by 6.51 pm. called the restaurant at 7.15pm and they said they didnt notice the order untill 20 minutes before and and promised to rush the order. it's now 8.15pm I call again and they tell me there is 1 order in front of mine and not made yet. that's well over 2 hours since I ordered and 1 hour since I was promised it will be rushed. refusing me a refund and telling me to wait. very unprofessional. will be posting this review on all social media....
