Absolutely appalling customer service with a complete lack of basic manners and respect for customers. The staff, both physically and verbally, displayed shocking ill-mannered behavior. The woman taking my order was astonishingly arrogant and clearly clueless about dietary restrictions, including gluten-free options and celiac intolerance. She had no understanding of essential protocols like changing gloves, using a clean board, or a toaster liner when preparing gluten-free wraps. When I pointed out these mistakes, instead of apologizing and correcting her actions, she responded with an attitude and continued making the same errors without a hint of shame.    Read moreI ordered food from this restaurant today via Menulog. Firstly the driver was 25 mins late which is unusual since the restaurant is 5 mins away. Secondly, the sticker on the paper bag was undone which was also strange. Then when I took the subs from the bag, the stickers were loose on these aswell. The food had obviously been tampered with by the driver. When I rang the restaurant to complain, the lady told me to complain to Menulog when actually Menulog instructs you to ring the restaurant.
