Subway Kensington — Restaurant in Sydney

I'm eating here regularly as it's the healthiest option close to my workplace, but the sandwiches looks really bad (the staffs try to do it fast and dont care about how your sandwich looks, so it will look like a smoothie inside a bread which has not been wrapped properly). Always everything comes out of my sandwich before I start to eat and the paper wrap is full of salads and sauce and it does not look like the picture in subway ads at all (Talha and one girl used to work there who were making great sandwiches tho). Also many times the salads are not fresh To be more accurate about the problems here, many of the staffs not only doesnt have a smile, they also looks angry most of the time.

Another important issue is that; their staff have a different method than other branches which makes the customer waits for longer since he/she orders till getting the food which makes the food to get cold. They separate the process by person and wont finish customers' orders one by one; eg one person will do the bread and meat and toast, another one do the salads and payment which always makes a long queue of toasted sandwiches to be filled with salads. (having only two staffs in busy hours is another thing...

Seriously, if you want to keep customers, I suggest to speed up the service - perhaps hire another helper during peak periods. Having customers wait in the queue for 30 mins to just get a simple subway is a joke especially whilst you guys are urgently trying fulfil Uber eats orders...Getting asked what sub you want, then the server walking away mid-sentence only to return to flick through your online orders ipad is seriously rude and lacks customer service. unhygienic WARNING!!! "Do not engage in other activities such as handling cash or cleaning while the gloved hand is used to prepare food." -- this is explicitly said in some of the NSW council food safety code.
