Subway — Restaurant in Sydney

Went in for a ham, cheese and egg sub. Haven’t had one in forever and remember them being great. Not only when I walked in was I made to stand there and wait while being the only customer, so the worker could do other things which I didn’t made waiting a minute however I was on a time crunch but this is besides the point. I was already thrown off enough when I was told there was no egg available. So I said okay ham and cheese is fine then (since I don’t have time to go anywhere else now). So that was made, I don’t like any salads on my breakfast sandwich so It was literally ham, cheese and tomato sauce AND I was STILL expected to pay the FULL amount. Yes, $12.25 for a pice of bread with 4 slices of ham and 4 slice of cheese and a dollop of tomato sauce. I said that doesn’t sound right considering there’s no egg and was rudely informed that 2 extra slices of ham (that I didn’t ask for mind you) equate to what would have been roughly 2 eggs AND ham. I had no time to argue, but I am far from impressed. So I paid and left, however I will not be returning nor anyone I’ve been sharing this story with. I’m actually disgusted. 2 measly slices of “extra” ham (I didn’t request nor was asked if I wanted to compensate) equates to 2 eggs plus ham already included. I think the hell not. $12.25 is already a rip off, and considering I literally had nothing else on it. Subway has become the worst fast food joint these past few years and not to mention the attitude the worker had. I’m a nice person, it takes a LOT to make me complain and want to argue but boy was I set off. So disgusting...

The food it's self is good the staff on the other hand were quite rude and I had to keep repeating myself even though I was talking at a normal volume as the staff had earphones in, which is quite disrespectful as someone who is working and is needing to hear customers orders. If you need to be on a call nd or listening to music don't be on the shop floor taking orders if you can't hear people talking. Was not very...

The worst subway in Australia. The manager is such a scab! I ordered a regular salad, he said he did not have any lettuce. So I asked if I could have extra spinach and he said no that’s a large.
