Teo's On Oxford — Restaurant in Sydney

I have been a client here for nearly 5 yrs normally service and foods good but now today they are pricy basic small cappacino 4.50 and banana bread 6.00 I got my cappacino fairly quickly but 15 minutes later I went to counter and explained to the lovely girl behind the counter that I had run out of time and could she please refund the banana bread as it still hadn't arrived she did refund my money and apologized to me ,however a rough looking bald guy came out snickering and laughing at me he said to me Love Banana bread takes Ages to cook .This bald guy had Rudest Attitude Iver seen ,so I said to him I've been a customer here for yrs but now your expensive and have the worst customer service I've ever seen I won't be back you've now lost a client and their tables were Filthy ,my table was ok but many other tables in the shop were Filthy and this bald guy with shaved head with laughing at a customer is Rude and arrogant customer service that only one would expect from an Ignorant feral Yobo that now Cooks or in my case Refused to cook the food DONT Waste Your Time and Money here this grotty over priced brothel has now gone Down hill get your coffee Across the road at the Service station it's cleaner ,faster and cheaper they charge 3.50 for a Large Cappacino and they're...

I normally don’t complain, but this has to be said my mother took out my partner and my son and her friend for breakfast to start off with my son only eats bacon so my partner asked for bacon with no egg not only was she charged for a full bacon and egg but only got literally one slice of bacon that you could throw at the wall and it would’ve stuck.then to ask for another slice to be charged for another bacon and egg again that slice of bacon was just as bad as the first slice you could’ve broke your teeth on it.then to ask for another bacon because my son was still hungry On the third one the owner realised that one slice of bacon was not enough so he gave two which where much better than the another two. my mother went to pay the bill To only find out that she’s been charged $36 for four slices of bacon.then for their meals, which was called the salmon starter for two all up was $75 for two people and a child now I don’t know about you but that sounds really expensive for a breakfast in Ingleburn. You could go to Star city all you can eat for the price.never again once we’re regulars now never see us again totally disgusted and feel ripped off...

My in-law came here to eat food however she had bought in a take-away drink from another cafe (bean n bite) as she had just shopped at Coles. Staff were harsh about this as she was not allowed to bring a drink from another place, and it made her feel uncomfortable so she left. How disappointing of the staff or management to do so. It is not like she did it on purpose.

She was going to actually spend money on your business with food. You could have just respectfully say unfortunately we ask customers to purchase a drink from our cafe too because we are in need of money, but you can still drink your current coffee. She would be happy to have bought like a water bottle or something. Staff were so bitter about loosing $4-6 dollars....
