The Barbecue Company — Restaurant in Sydney

I rarely write review for companies. however I have place 2 orders now with the Barbecue Company and have to say that their service and quality of products is amazing. These days there are a heap of companies that do online shopping and the amount of places that sell BBQ products seem to be increasing by the day. So when you come across a good one its important to spread the word. Items of note that are great:

1. their service! the ordering process is simple and easy. they process and deliver the order extremely fast and its always packaged well to prevent damage.
2. the quality of the products they provide is great, they've obviously done their research into good products and stop the best quality. I can't speak highly enough about the seasoning rubs that i've got through there.
3. the online process. it seems that the status quo for online shopping these days is to inundate people with pop ups and emails etc. they don't do this. they offer the ability to sign up and get a discount, or to simply buy what you want and check out as a guest.

in short they keep the process simple and they back it up with extremely good service. so for that I say thank you to the people who work there, and I highly recommend people use them for your next BBQ needs...

I just ordered 5 bags of the Myron Mixon smoke pellets. The company contacted me via email within an hour to let me know that there will be a refund for some of the postage. I asked about adding another bag and they said adding one would only cost an extra $5 to which they added not to worry about it. Brilliant customer service like our last order. We received notification of shipping, the day we ordered. The product is fantastic, such a great choice.
