The staff at this cafe need to learn customer service techniques or employ older staff that actually have manners and money handling skills. The first time i visited this cafe i ordered a coffee and the girl gave me the wrong change. She then asks me how much change i should get. Second time i visited i was standing at the counter ready to order and the young girl looks at me and says 'YEP!!' with a sour lifeless look on her face, i dont then feel like i should order anything from her at all. Definitely not service with a smile or fast paced as you advertise to be. Never got a thankyou or a smile in 2 visits with 2 different staff. New to the area and very disappointed. Everyone has bad days but you should be think about a different profession if you can't deal with the industry and have a happy smile.
The place was in turmoil today, and often is. Nobody wanted to be there (customers included) and I "used" to go there a fair bit.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible service, just pathetically bad......attitude off the barista with the blue hair is just extraordinary (although seems to get on fine when chatting/joking with her colleagues), no acknowledgement or greeting when waiting and then get told 'bacon and eggs' was not a menu item (they have eggs on toast though, a B & E roll and a big breakfast that comes with bacon???) and I would have to pay $5 extra for bacon (not mentioned on the menu from what I could see) so should probably choose something else... no wonder the place is empty every...
