We have been coming to this coffee club since it opened as this is our local one. Usually service and food is great and comes in a timely manner, however the last two visits our service has been beyond poor. The first visit our order was wrong which is fine, but then to have it fixed took an extremely long amount of time. We felt as though the person was new so we let it go. Next visit over a month later, we visited again had to seat ourselves, get our own menus, by the time we finally got up and got menus the waitress(same one from previous time) was trying to take our order we had our menus for no longer than 20 seconds. Half of our food arrived after about 20minutes later ( no cutlery ) then 10 minutes later asks if we are waiting on anything else, which we were still waiting on a whole meal. She then said she was going to grab the other one, 15 minutes later still nothing. So we ended up telling them not to worry and leave. I understand a once off mistake but if this is happening continuously it won’t reflect well on the business. We...
Read moreWords can not describe the enjoyment, no the pleasure of eating food from these wonderful people, My work of art in question was the "Brekkie Burger". Masterpiece. No other word cant even come close to the sheer beauty of this meal, the bread so fresh and soft, yet holds true and doesn't let anything fall through its tight fluffy grasp, the bacon, carved from only the finest pigs known to man and cooked with the skill of an artist at the top of their class. Hash browns so crisp, yet so soft on the inside, the potato's to make them must've come from gods personal garden and the sauce, drool inducing would be an understatement, it coats the ingredients giving everything that extra pop of flavour, its almost illegal to make food this good, eating this meal has ruined food for me, I cant eat other food now without thinking back "heh, those guys down at Coffee Club Cranebook can out cook these fools anyday" 11/10 Thanks for the napkins ma man, I have enough to survive...
Read moreWe had a coupon buy one get one free cheeseburger and chips. We ordered via drive thru and provided the coupon to the cashier and paid. We waited and got given our order and looked and it was a breaky burger and advised them it was the wrong order. We waited again to get given our correct order and were made to pay an additional $3.40 for the difference in the order which the manager apparently was insistent on. I find this to be quite rude when a customer is being made to wait twice for their correct order and we would have waited approx 15 minutes in drive thru and having the nerve to ask for this, this was our first experience in drive thru here and it will be our last. In my opinion the manager needs a lesson on customer service and staff need to...
