KFC Cranebrook — Restaurant in Sydney

Drove through the drive through at around 7.45pm tonight. I ordered the giant feast, the girl taking the order told me the had an 8 minute wait on chicken. I said that's fine, paid and proceeded to the next window. Young girl at next window repeated about the wait, I said that's fine would you like me to park out the front? She said yes I said thanks and started driving off. As I got about 2 metres from the window she yelled out "or you could order something else", with a chorus of girls laughing in the background. I waited in the car for 25 minutes before entering the store. As I got to the door you could see three young ladies chatting and laughing behind the counter. One standing, staring at the chips, the other leaning on the taller bench and the third hid out the back once they saw me. When I went up to the counter the two girls just stared at me. No hi, no can I help you....literally nothing but a look of disgust. I said I'd been waiting 25 mins and the young girl with dark brown hair, says with the rudest attitude, "yeah, I'm doing the chips now" I then said, where's the customer service girls. No hello, no sorry for the wait etc Again just stared at me with disgust. Went back to my car. As I got to the doors they all ran together saying "what did she say"? I was polite until thus point After another 15 minutes I rang the store and asked if it was the manager. She said it was. I told her i Was still waiting after 35mins and 10 minutes ago they were just waiting for the chips. She said they're bringing it out now. Another 10 minutes later, the two girls bought it out. Again, the rudest attitude, no sorry for the wait. And the look on her face!!!!!

I can guarantee the problem at your store is your disgusting staff. It's not always the customer being unreasonable. These little girls were down right rude because they had to cook...

Subject: Complaint Regarding Incomplete Order and Poor Service

Dear KFC Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Cranebrook drive-through on Sunday at approximately 1:30 PM. I ordered a Family Feast for my family, and during the ordering process, I requested to swap the large coleslaw for a large potato and gravy. The attendant confirmed this change, and I proceeded to the next window to collect my order.

Unfortunately, upon returning home, I discovered that my order was incorrect. Instead of receiving the large potato and gravy, I found a small gravy. This mistake was quite disappointing, especially since this is not the first time I have experienced issues with my orders from this location. It is frustrating to encounter missing items consistently, which impacts our meal plans and overall dining experience.

Given the repeated issues, I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and ensure better accuracy in fulfilling orders. Customers should not have to double-check their orders every time due to a lack of confidence in the service. I understand that mistakes can happen, but recurring errors suggest a need for improvement in your processes.

0 stars! Disgusting place. 1/2 eaten or ripped up food in order! Incorrect order. Bratty teenagers (girl with brown hair on counter/drinks 27/3 @ approx 7:30pm) smirking and laughing in front of other customers refused to get manager until told she must + then laughing and smirking behind managers back, when complaint was made to inexperienced, highly stressed mgr. Staff covered in food scraps from wiping their hands on shirts. No gloves on. No badges on. Other customers lined up to make or leaving commenting about similar complaints. Empty food bags and scraps all over the floors in cooking areas behind counters. Don't eat here! High danger of food poisoning or salmonella due to terrible food safety standards and inappropriate staff! Ill never purchase from any KFC again after this experience.
