Nutrition Station - North Penrith — Restaurant in Sydney

Really disappointing! Wasn’t overly busy Sunday lunch time. Ordered meals, table water and coffee....30 minutes later, meals arrived - still no drinks! Requested the drinks - water came, still no coffee! Hubby finished his brekky wrap (that he ordered without tomato salsa & chili aioli instead but still came with tomato salsa) went inside to ask for coffee in takeaway cup instead - staff replied “not sure what happened to that order”? Coffee was made on normal milk instead of almond and was a flat white instead of a cappuccino! Staff seemed young and inexperienced, not overly friendly and were bringing meals out but were not cleaning tables or clearing plates... our table outside was sticky but the rest were worse with the bin at the steps overflowing!! Most incompetent business. Wrong trading time’s everywhere, rude staff who socialise with each other while you stand there waiting to order. I called them out on this one time and they just looked at me blank for a good while…excuse me for being a nuisance. They take peoples money on menulog but not actually providing the service. It’s the most frustrating experience every time and it’s a shame when the menu is good. Plus there’s never anybody in-charge on shift. Just a bunch of juniors scrambling around. Won’t be going back though, they can’t consistently treat...

I like Nutrition Station for its healthy meals but the staff arent the best. They consistently open late for example 6.10am instead of 6am. The chef is never in on time and so you have to wait for longer and now we got told nothings on nothing is prepped and you'll have to wait another 15 minutes for the oven to heat up. The service just isnt where you would expect it to be for a business that your spending your money to eat at.

The other compliant is you will ask for table water and they give you a plastic party cup to drink from...its just not professional...
