If I could give this place a minus ten, I would, and that would be me being generous. I’ve come here multiple times when driving home from the hospital, and the woman at the front is always rude. I’ve kept going because my husband enjoys manoosh, so I stop there anyway despite her five minutes of unpleasant behaviour when ordering and getting take-away.

This time, we had a doctor’s appointment next door and decided to eat in. We ordered two pizzas: one with meat and cheese, and one with meat, olives, and tomato. The prices were outrageous. After waiting half an hour, the same rude woman came out with a single pizza combining all the toppings. I told her it wasn’t our order, and she stared at me and said, “What do you want me to do?” I explained that my husband doesn’t eat olives and I don’t eat cheese, and we had ordered two separate pizzas. She insisted that was what I ordered and became even more aggressive than usual, forcing me to admit something I didn’t order.

When I refused, she stormed to the back of the restaurant. We realised we couldn’t wait another half hour because of our appointment, so we decided to cancel the order before she made it. She refused, saying we could take the pizza she made or come back later for the correct ones. We explained we didn’t live nearby and just wanted a refund and to leave.

At that point, the owner came out and began yelling at us, claiming they had video footage proving we ordered incorrectly. I asked to see it if I had made a mistake. She spent 20 minutes fumbling with her phone, unable to pull up the footage, while continuing to insist we were wrong. I had my five-day-old baby with me and asked her to stop yelling, and her response was that she had four kids and was pregnant, so my baby would be fine.

Eventually, she sarcastically said, “You do the refund if you know how,” and turned the register toward my husband. He confirmed the order on the receipt matched what I had said. Even then, she refused to apologise and kept shouting at me for 25 minutes in front of other customers. My husband processed the refund himself in the end.

This experience was absolutely disgusting, appalling, and unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone to stay away...

Really enjoyed the pizzas from Lebanese style pizzas, the price is exceptional. Two things stood out for me, when they were busy only two people working, they took my order and told me to pay after and they did that for everyone who was ordering so they could get onto the job of cooking all the orders that were coming in, they trusted me to take a drink from the fridge while I waited and pay after. Also though they were busy the service was polite and kind. The other thing that stood out was Mars bars in fridge for $1 - the price is great and Mars bars are best from the fridge. Also the drinks I got were different I really liked the pineapple soft...

I got recommended to this place by my partner while we were driving past the area to get a feed. We ordered a Lebanese style pizza, and a traditional spicy pizza. Trying the Lebanese pizza was a different experience, yet the flavour was top quality and exceptional value for money. The family size pizza I ordered had a decent amount of spice, and wonderful flavours. They allowed us to grab drinks while waiting for our food and pay before you leave; similar to a restaurant. The vibes were positive, and it's definitely a place where I'll be returning to whenever I'm passing...
