Absolutely love this place. Vacanza on Bronte Road is easily one of my favourite spots in Sydney. The vibe is warm and welcoming, and the food is unreal every time. The pizzas are proper woodfired with that perfect crisp/chew combo, and the ingredients are always super fresh.
But honestly, what makes it extra special is the people. Angi the manager is just the sweetest, so genuine and kind, always making you feel like you’re at home. And Emilie, our waitress, was absolutely amazing. She’s honestly such a gem with beautiful energy, super attentive, and just really lovely to chat to.
Couldn’t recommend it more. Whether you’re on a date, out with friends, or just in need of a pizza night, Vacanza hits the spot...

We were shocked by the approach and found it frankly...

It's more substantial than the evolved versions. The crust has more heft, but less tear and chew. The plus is that it holds the toppings well. As the leader, it signalled a virtuous sugo that remains, and decent mozzarella likewise. On my visit, there were twice the staff as customers. In this situation, I felt a little like I was interrupting, but all was well. Would I return for a $26 margherita? Well, in the same circumstances, sure. But I wouldn't...
