We tried this little, neat restaurant recently for a quick Sunday lunch and it was a nice experience. Though the place is not big, but nicely decorated and ambience is good. The service is reasonable for suburban family restaurant.
We ordered a variety of Thai / Lao dishes like stir-fried morning glory (pad pak boom), po taek talae soup, bible salad and their signature dish aka sour grilled pork belly (moo-piau). They're all good and authentic Thai / Lao dishes and you can modify the spiciness of the dishes, etc. We like our Thai dishes like the ones in Thailand which is spicy and sour and full of wok-hei smoky fragrant for the stir-fried dishes. The highlight of our lunch were the grilled pork and the stir-fried morning glory veggie, but the seafood soup (po taek talae) was also good, warming and refreshing at the same time.

The texture of the noodles is like it's only semi cooked, not hard yet not soft
The soup base had the thickness of like if you ordered chicken and corn soup from a Asian place
This dish is not for everyone especially if you don't like the course taste of liver
Me and the missus found it strangely appealing.
It's something different and we liked it
This is the only dish we tried but that dish for...
