Feb 2024: I really want to like this place as it is a local family style business. Pros: Delicious roast chicken roll, packed with chicken and fresh salad and gravy. Excellent fresh bread roll Cons: There was a bone AND a joint in the roll. I’m fine with “meat on the bone” (eg whole chicken or fish or T bone steak) but you do not expect to chomp down on these in a chicken and gravy roll. The service was not very warm / friendly. It was about 140pm and I was the only person there, so they weren’t busy - both the male and female were there, male sitting out the front talking to someone and female inside on her phone.
