Where to start… I honestly wish I could give them 0 stars. I went in this morning to order two coffees, asked for an iced latte add one shot of caramel, get charged for a regular caramel iced latte which comes with 3 shots of caramel even though I just want an iced latte with one shot of caramel… so there’s an extra 80cents or whatever the cost difference is, to then drive away with a cup of milk, no coffee or caramel… I also ordered a large iced latte with an extra shot of coffee to open it up to what looks like a few drops of coffee in a large cup of milk. Get all the way home before realising so make the trip back to get the correct order, greeted with no apology at all for the error, the response was that the girl at the counter had accidentally put the order in correctly which I understand, people make mistakes but some kind of “sorry about that” would have been nice, instead this felt like it became my problem. Got the coffees remade, opened them up and again, two cups of milk with what I would say is probably one shot of coffee in each when I have paid extra for an additional shot of coffee. Correct me if I’m wrong but a regular coffee should come with two shots of coffee, not one! And when I ask for a large iced latte, this should have 3 shots of coffee with an additional shot should make it 4. Again, I’ve left with two cups of murky milk that do not taste like coffee what so ever for $14… in the end I just left because it’s clearly way too difficult to read an order directly off a docket at this McDonald’s. There’s no getting through to the staff here but thank you for ripping me off and starting my day off absolutely s*. I didn’t think it took a brain surgeon to make a coffee but...

Just had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a McDonalds and I am in my 40s and been a happy customer of McDonald’s for many years. Ordered two coffees over the counter (approx 6.30am) made a point of ordering clearly to avoid confusion. Was given the incorrect order which was no problem but what was infuriating was the attitude when told it was my error!! I told the staff member I know my order and have never ordered a latte in my life. I was 100% certain of what I had ordered, I was told again no I was wrong and that another staff member also heard me order incorrectly. I have been going to this store since it opened and never ever again will I return. As of September 2024, the order accuracy has dropped unfortunately, frequently getting incorrect orders, missing extra patties, which cost a lot to add. Seems to be an issue where patties are specified as extra patties, and the workers read the extra patties number and put that number of patties in, leaving me short 1-2 patties, though there are times where I am shorted even more.
