Worst hospitality experience EVER.

2/3 staff were LOVELY.

One lady (which I will call lash lady as she had big lashes) was incredibly rude to me when I brang it to her attention that my breakfast wrap was missing feta and pesto as it stated on the menu.

A simple acknowledgment and a polite apology, perhaps an offer of an alternative is all I was seeking.

No, this lady with the lashes had to argue and belittle me in front of customers and staff.

She argued about EVERYTHING. Even pointed to white bits on the plate and stated "that's feta," when it was clearly egg.

She then later said "I don't know what the point of all this was,"

The point was to get what I PAID FOR miss lash lady.

The male chef then did what lash lady should have done in the first place which was offer alternatives and appologise. The male chef was very kind and apologetic which was appreciated. By this time I just wanted to get out of there due to lash ladys terrible attitude and customer service skills so kind chef man refunded me.

I sat down to finish my coffee and hear lash lady talking extremely loud and bitching about how she wasn't going to refund me due to me eating most of it. I had two bites of one half of the wrap.

I was thankful for the two other staff appologising for lash ladys terrible communication skills.

Having just moved to the area and someone who gets takeaway coffee daily, I will not be back until lash lady is gone....

Sweet potato fries, fabulous. Chai latte, delicious. Staff, friendly, attentive and welcoming. Breakfast wrap was disappointing. Mesclun instead of spinach, virtually no tomato and the small amount included was pale and tasteless; couldn't taste or see any fetta and the basil pesto was left out. When questioned I was told they hadn't been able to get basil so couldnt make pesto. I think customers should be told that when they order. I was still charged $16.50 although the staff did make me a replacement wrap which I took home. The replacement did have actual spinach. Paid extra for bacon but there was very little of that either. My friend ordered bacon bruschetta which came minus the tomato relish described on the menu. We have both been here for lunch before and it was fantastic. Not sure what's...

I found the food excellent with previous visits even though priced high, however, today I was seated and waited over 20 minutes with still no service, was not that busy, I just walked out. Coffee is average watered down latte, not worth the money. I will give them another go in the future and if improvement I will edit this review.

Went back, ordered heaps of foods (where is the steak?) One of the pizza was so loaded with ham (where was the other meat? Meat lovers!!!), just took a few bites, could not eat. The male staff/owner recognised it, talked to us which was good, but I may have like a 50% discount on it, but that's ok, was little disappointed already from previous visits and took the financial loss of the overpriced food again.
