I ordered a coffee with Lactose free milk as I am lactose intolerant. They wanted to charge me 70c extra. I spoke to the man making the coffee who happened to be the owner and asked why they charge so much extra and that I thought it was wrong. He argued with me about it and told me I had a bad attitude.
