Mimso kitchen — Restaurant in Tasmania

This is a little gem tucked away alongside a motel in a small town. Four of us dined here on our first night in Queenstown and the food was absolutely delicious! A bit of a mixed menu, so there was something for everyone. We had an assortment of Thai entrees which were really good and we all had various mains which were equally as good. I recently booked Mimso Kitchen for two nights for a family group of 38 people each night, & I couldn't be more impressed. The food was absolutely excellent, there was a great variety, & everything was so tasty & cooked to perfection.

The team was incredibly accomadating & attentive. The restaurant is quaint, clean with lovely decor & a very reasonably priced bar.

Enjoyed a VERY delicious dinner at Mimso Kitchen, which is located at the Gold Rush Inn. Cozy, comfortable dining room, with authentic retro vibes! The customer service was attentive and friendly. No BYO, however a large selection of wine/beer/spirits. We ordered the homemade chicken balls, homemade dim sims (comes steamed or deep-fried), the prawn wraps, satay chicken, curry puffs and the salt & pepper squid. All very yummy.
