Subway — Restaurant in Tasmania

Just went in with my friend to get some food. The ladies there were absolutely lovely, but the guy who served us was extremely rude and wouldn't give my friend what she wanted on her sub. Instead he forced her to choose something else and made a big fuss that he has been at work since 4:30pm (most of us have an earlier start and dont complain). He was also grunting and rolling his eyes at us whenever we said what else we wanted on our sub making us feel uncomfortable. It was extremely inappropriate behaviour at a work environment. Hopefully this dosnt happen again as we usually enjoy...

Staff person dropped some of the ingredients on counter, picked it up and put back into sub, when asked to replace the contaminated food she just took it out and continued did not ask if we wanted fillings with our sub, closed it then opened it again, the ingredients were not very good looking (carrot, lettuce and cucumber all in one pot) when putting the dressing on only put in on the outer edge of the sub, did not listen when we asked to have it cut in half and had to be told twice. Did not speak clearly mumbled her words. Not a good staff person, no customer service...

The food was okay, however the service was terrible! The staff seemed unwelcoming and they rolled their eyes when asked questions. I’m wondering if it was blatant racism! The restaurant also looked as if rats cover the grounds at night and the seats were still on the table, even when it was lunchtime. Customers had to take the chairs off themselves and clean their own tables! The toilets were also broken. Back where I’m from, the service is never this terrible. I am very appalled and this is the first time I’ve ever left a bad review. So...
