Should have known not to go there,after I called to make a booking I was told very abruptly they don't take bookings, as i went to ask "what time do they start serving meals?" I was cut off and told from,5.30 I went to say "thankyou" she very rudely said goodbye and hung up.. obviously I interrupted something more important, Thanks to Mitch who made up for her, you greeted us on arrival and what a lovely pleasant young man you are.....To the two young girls picking up the dishes from the tables, if you don't like the job leave, you both looked so miserable, not once did you speak or smile to one person whose table you were collecting from, Hospitality is a hard game to be in, and you DO need a pleasant personality, that smile or "have you finished?" something could make a person's day,...As for our meal we ordered the 250gm rump/medium, it came out still "mooing" I couldn't eat it all, veggies were great though what I could manage that weren't floating in blood.... It's a fantastic set up, lovely fresh and clean place with great prices for meals and drinks....Just a shame your staff let you down....Maybe spend some time with Mitch and learn that without customers you are nothing, up ya game and be more welcoming whether it's by phone or in...

Good as always, however it seems hygiene standards in the catering have been dropped, despite the food being quite good quality and value it is dissapointing that head / hair covering seems to have been dropped, wheather its in the case or vanity or lax catering management it is still law in NSW Under Food Safety Regulations 3.2.2A So I am suprised to see the standards dropped at this venue. As a professional Chef of 40 years internationally I have some knowledge of the industry, and this is disapointing, such a simple thing. I know that compliments dont come back to the kitchen as often as complaints but in the age of visible kitchens and food prep areas a bit of professional and hygenic presentation would go a long way. Its not those that compliment a business that raise it, its those whom never bother to complain but just never come back that do it the most justice. Dissapointing hygiene has not improved, no head / hair coverings to keep hairs out of food. Not a good look at...

Great place to stay, $5 per night. Lovely staff in the club. Within walking distance to beaches. Great bike track. That was my review the first night, I am very disappointed, that a very rude man came over and asked me if I had a shower and toilet, i told him I had a toilet but not a shower, i do have a swim and a shower every day. Then asked me to leave, Irealise they only want the RVs etc, where as my van was an older toyota hiace with a pop up roof, only being used to look at the Nsw coastline, to decide where I want to live, i am fully self contained apart from a shower.
