AJ's Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

I never complain about a business so this was a very bad experience. I’ve loved the pizza from ajs in the past but the call I was just hung up on by Toni, (so called manager/owner) was the most rude call I’ve ever experienced in my life. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain my address. Refused to deliver to me since I’m in a new estate 3 mins down the road ( which is currently only one road that by the way). And was a generally rude person to talk to. When I asked to speak to the manager, she said it was her and instantly hung up on me. I’m sure she was having a bad day but what owner talks to customers like that? I would’ve come in and bought but I genuinely don’t want to pay an employer like that my money. Ordered a family pizza with everything and a large sesame barbeque chicken. The young lady took my money and without a glove put her hand into the meat and toppings and stopped and took more money and continued to put her hand into the food. She then used an old dish cloth to wipe up a mess and put her un gloved hand back in the food. My chicken pizza had no BBQ sauce just tomatoes. And the one with everything was missing most of its topping and had barley any cheese. Worst pizza l have ever had and there hygiene it...

We got a 3 pizza, garlic bread and soft drink deal, after having to get the deals read out to us over the phone because we couldn't read them online. AJ's supreme was very beautiful. My kids loved the Aussie pizza and garlic bread.

The downfall for us was my fiance and I got food poisoning from the BBQ Chicken. As a pregnant female, spending 12 hours curled up in a ball in the shower of my hotel, not a good experience.

Definitely won't be coming back to the store when we come...
