Waited for our meals for over an hour. Some of the people at our table ordered a kids meal separately before the rest of us ordered to make sure they had their dinner first and they still had to wait 45 minutes for a simple fish and chips. We ordered entrees (garlic bread) which took about 30 minutes to arrive. Meals were coming out to other tables very slowly through the night and would only come out with 1 or 2 meals before they wouldn’t return with more meals for the same table for at least another 5 minutes. When we finally received our meals, they were average at best, with a couple of the people at our table not even wanting to finish their meals. There were still plenty of empty tables available too, so they weren’t even at full capacity. The service from the wait staff was great, and when asked how our meals were at the end of the night, we were honest and told them we were disappointed and explained that the meals weren’t great and the wait time was not good enough, and she apologised and said she would pass on the feedback to...

This feedback is for the receptionist in the gaming area. For the guy who was working on 08/07/2019 around 6pm. Horrible service. He stole from my Keno ticket $14. I was playing for the first time, and I wasn't sure where to check my ticket. I went to the reception and i was told that I didn't win anything. My partner was sure that we won $14 because he was following the numbers all the time during the game. And he also checked the ticket before the last game finished and he said we have won $14. My partner was not able to go to claim the prize, so i went. But i was told that unfortunately i didn't win anything, and that guy rapidly threw the ticket in the rubbish. It's not about the money, they were not much, I could give it to him as a tips. The owner of the restaurant should check on his staff. They're stealing from...

We booked in as a group. The staff were very friendly, helpful and sociable. The atmosphere was lovely, not too noisy but comfortable. The meals were very well priced and excellent . Some of the comments from the group were Nice food, friendly staff Agree, staff were really helpful and friendly, my meal was fresh and tasty, service was relatively quick from time of putting the order in, pricing was ok. Good food nice and friendly staff. Pizzas were awesome size, great value I had an entree as my meal and it was more than enough for me
