Taylor went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. They greeted us with a smile that could light up the whole place and made us feel like VIPs. It’s was a nice venue and we were there for a 21st but decided to head in early to have dinner first. We were shown upstairs to the roof top bar which was undercover and warm. So we ordered at 6.40pm a kids pizza, kids burger, chicken parm and calamari and chips which is Quite a straight forward order I though. We waited for half an hour before I headed to the bar to ask how long it would be as the kids were getting a little impatient. The girl behind the bar said she’d ring the kitchen and find out for me and let me know. After 15 minutes I hadn’t heard anything so I went and asked again and was told it’s coming in a pretty blunt manner. Sure enough. The kids pizza and kids burger came out. Then nothing else, after another 15 minutes I went back to the bar and spoke to a different staff member and asked for a refund. He apologised and refunded me with out question while saying the kitchen had been really busy. I appreciate being busy on a Saturday night but an hour is pretty damn awful when there didn’t appear to many people in the whole venue when we ordered. There was only one other table in the whole upstairs.

Thankfully we had a much better time at the party and the staff in there did a great job keeping everything tidy...

Me and my partner came here for dinner on a Saturday night. We were late by 20 minutes so rang the team to let them know and they were really accommodating and kind.

When we arrived, the staff were really friendly and offered us a table upstairs or downstairs. There was a function happening so the venue was a little bit louder than usual but it wasn't too bad.

Our entree arrived and we ordered the cheesy garlic bread. It was really soft and so delicious. I ordered a medium rare steak and my partner ordered the parma for our mains. They came out quite quickly and were presented beautifully. My steak was really good, slightly overcooked for my liking but was still super tasty. The chips on both dishes were hot and crunchy.

The parma was the downfall unfortunately, though. It had a strange flavour and the chicken itself tasted funny. It was fully cooked but just had a weird flavour to it. I personally wouldn't order it and my partner could barely finish it.

The bottom level could use a little bit of decor as it was quite empty and plain. The country music was a nice touch while dining. Overall a good experience and will be coming here again, just not ordering...
