The last time I came here for breakfast it was really good, re visited today and the food quality wasn't the same which is pretty slack and disappointing. Me and my mum ordered the same thing (the fry up) but she asked for her eggs to be more cooked I didn't noticed until later that I actually had her meal and she had mine cause the waiter didnt say which was which, The potato rosti was burnt and the toast was crispy and hard and $2 extra for one slice is a joke. I got a discount but it only removed the cost of my coffee not the meal itself. the uncertainty if you'll get a good meal or not is off putting and I probably won't come back due to the inconsistency. Came in today and had a booking for 7 people for lunch. Started out really well, waitress’ we’re friendly and drinks came out in an orderly fashion, but this is when it stopped. Waited for over 45 minutes for extremely disappointing meals. The chicken salad included three strips of chicken, the open steak sandwich included a completely over cooked steak, cold cheese and soggy tomato. The flathead tails were uninspired and lacked flavour. We attended last night for our work Xmas party. Facilities are lovely, unfortunately the service was below par, waited over two hours for meals, had to ask repeatedly for the heaters to be turned on, and sadly as their time went on the service staff became more rude. I understand they were feeling the pressure but as a paying customer a nicer attitude toward us would have gone a long way to improve a bad experience.
