Eagles & Birdies Bistro — Restaurant in Victoria

So I have been going to this bistro since 2003 and I was so pleased when I met the new crew. My creamy garlic prawns with rice and salad 99% of the time was outstanding but the other day I decided to take my family for dinner. I asked the guy behind the counter when can I make an order he replied very nastily 20 mins half an hour. 2 minutes later a group of about 10 people came in and got served straight away so I told my family let's go this is not on. When I got home I phoned them up and their excuse was that the disabled group comes in every Tuesday hang on a minute I was there for about 20 mins before they arrived no excuse After 23 years I cannot believe the way I got treated....

Me and my family dine at this restaurant once a month and was very disappointed with the the food quality. On this particular occasion I ordered the roast of the day which contained pork potatoes green veg and carrots. The first thing I noticed the pork was cold and dry which tasted like plastic. I cannot say anything good about the vegetables as they were bland and tasteless. This restraunt was great when it first opened but It seems that they are now cutting corners to save money whilst charging ridiculous prices and serving the customer supermarket cheap processed meat instead of using quality fresh from the butcherey.
