Taste of Capri — Restaurant in Victoria

We placed an order for four small sandwiches for pickup. We were informed that the order would be ready in approximately 25-30 minutes. We departed and returned within that timeframe.

Upon our arrival, we decided to dine in. However, we encountered an issue with the food. The sandwiches were adhered to the paper wrapper and were served cold. I engaged in a conversation with the manager, expressing my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, he merely apologized repeatedly without offering any resolution. I requested that he prepare fresh sandwiches, but he declined, stating that there was nothing he could do to rectify the situation.

This incident marks our first and final visit to this establishment. I intend to share my experience with others to ensure that they are aware of the subpar service and...

The old lady guess is the owner seems rather rude. When I tapped my card on the payment machine to make payment, she pulled the machine back right away out of nowhere, left my hand and the card in the air, that was so awkward or rude, I just wanted to make sure the payment was getting through. She never ever made eye contact during my visits, after the payment, she walked away immediately left me wondering what have I done wrong...

Cannot rate the food as I only had a Soy Flat White coffee. The coffee? EXCELLENT! (Made with Bonsoy milk - the best by far!). Very friendly owner and staff. Will visit again soon to indulge the food side. Met good friends as I was about to leave to e-bicycle back to Kialla so chatted and they mentioned they were regulars at this cafe. Even the local cops know it’s a good place (as in photo)....
