Boost Juice Ballarat Central — Restaurant in Victoria

I tried to send this feedback privately via the website but in order to submit it you wanted me to create an account which I’m not going to do.

I am disgusted by the incredibly unhygienic practices from your staff member at 12.40pm today.

There was only one girl working which wasn’t fair on her, she was a nice girl and it seemed unfair to have her managing the order taking and making the drinks on her own but that’s not my complaint, although she does need to work on her multi tasking and prioritisation, and when you’re busy you can still greet a customer and let them know you’ll be with them in a moment while you finish your task.

My complaint is about the hygiene practices displayed, which going by other reviews this has been an ongoing issue for a couple of years. On pouring a customers drink some of the smoothie spilled onto the cup and your staff member proceeded to grab a FILTHY wash cloth used for wiping benches to wipe it down. A visibly disgusting wash cloth?! Absolutely disgusting and insanely unhygienic. If it was my drink I would have had her remake it, who in their right mind puts a filthy old used rag onto somebody’s drink?! Get a napkin!

Not a wonderful experience at all Got my relatives with me from overseas and i was bragging to them how good boost is but while waiting at counter and selecting flavour little but before closing the server came to us and said we are not taking any more orders today and that was little before closing time. While i understand that hospitality is tough and there is a rush to finish up but courtesy of saying hey guys this is the last order before we close would be awesome. And they weren't even close coz i went to the other server after a while to ask the closing time and she said still two minutes left before closing so not sure why my order was not taken...

Honestly I’ve never had a bad experience here. All the staff are lovely, particularly Layla who is always very friendly and helpful! The wait times are good, it can get a bit longer when they are busy but that makes sense. Always delicious, happy every...
