Botticelli — Restaurant in Victoria

The food was alright, the playground was amazing but the service was lacking. Ordered 3 adults and 2 kids meals, first two adult meals arrived twenty minutes after we arrived. Forty minutes later we sent someone in to ask where the rest was and were told 5 minutes (quite sure they had forgotten). Kids meals arrived shortly after that, and a bit over an hour after the first meals came out for the final person's meal which was incredibly disappointing and was ready to ask them to cancel it. Bringing out kids meals so much later (one was literally just chips!) meant they ended up eating half of the food for the adults brought out initially as they were starving. Also had to ask 3 separate staff over a period of half an hour before we got the cup of water we asked for to heat baby's bottle. Will give it one more try as there are so few kid suitable cafes around but really hope next time isn't so...

Although the food and space is lovely. The woman of Asian decent working was quite rude and gave off the vibe she does not like children, I think if it's a place advertised for children that you shouldn't get annoyed and belittle mothers. My daughter was touching the cookie jar at the front and she got very angry and annoyed. But as I was paying I did need to hold my daughter so she wasn't going to run onto the street. The looks and headshakes and the lady saying 'she cannot touch that' was quite rude and made the rest of the nice experience from the Cafe a not very nice one. I had a great time and great feed but I think this lady should look for a diffrent job if she doesn't like children. But the other staff where lovely. Just hate when I see stuck up and rude waiters. The veggie toasted sanga are most enjoyable! please go in and taste the variety each week and the coffee🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 well if you live near Minerva rd, your in luck or if you do a drive by this is your coffee stop! say Gday to Tristan hes the one in the bennie!!! and say Kaz sent you... Have a good coffee break or start me up and morning tea or arvo tea lunch and brekie botti's has seating out front for you to bring your fur baby .. they have a coffee window and you may get a park close by out front ..... They have giant cookies and a food display cabinet every thing is well presented and top knotch😂😅🤣🍒 Off church st, very near the cr on Minerva rd. Look for red and white market umbrella and ramp out front.....cozy joint good atmosphere... Take away and...
