Zero food safety procedures or service. Barister was trying to work but has no support or valuable training. No training given to staff. Failure of a manager/owner. Two young staff members using bare hands to pull out raw bacon to cook on sandwich press alongside whatever toasties are cooking on the same press. Same bare hands are not sanitised before making a milkshake under the disgusting work benches covered in dirty dishes, old cheese and various meat particles. She then had to reach for a blue milkshake flavouring, couldn't reach, so proceeded to climb on top of the work bench in front of everyone to get it down. This is the same benchtop used for all the previous actions. No cleaning done whatsoever. One of the staff members walked outside the store and put there hand down their pants and then returned. Did they clean their hands? I don't know. Waited 30 minutes for toasted sandwiches and one drink.

The "manager/owner" stood around on the phone, didn't listen to customers and continued to pile up dirty dishes. How about you clean up the growing puddle under your refrigerator. Order were put through incorrectly. It's an absolute nightmare in there, and then they charge cafe prices. I'd give it zero...

I used to come into this local cafe often, will not be returning. It used to be filled with lovely staff that would greet me as soon as I walked in the door, the coffee quality has downgraded severely, and the new staff are overall rude. I also ordered a brewed chai a while ago, and had asked the owner if she had changed brands of the brewed chai, and she said no. Then I asked one of the girls working and they said they had changed, and she made the brewed chai very weak after I had asked for it stronger. She also charged me an extra 2$ then I usually pay, and when I had confronted her about it she was very rude. Have given this cafe many chances and overall can’t say one good thing about the shop or the owner. I do not recommend...

First time for me, went with a friend; who is a regular. Nice selection of toasties & vegetable (?) tarts to choose from...yummy looking desserts...next time.
