Zingarelli Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

I ordered 3 pizzas and a garlic bread last night online. The estimated time to be ready was 20 minutes. It was just over an hour wait, and there was no communication to say things were delayed when we sent someonedown to pick the order up. Once we got the food home the garlic bread wasn't cooked and was still cold. The large pizza was very plain, with very little bbq sauce and appeared to be missing ingredients. My partner and I are regular customers of Zingarelli’s as we like to support local businesses as much as we can. Tonight we ordered 2 pastas and a garlic bread. The sugo piccante was average at best, the garlic bread soggy and cold, but the chicken pollo pasta was completely inedible. One bite and it went in the bin.
