This was a great Subway until the past few months. Iāve done three click & collect orders recently and all have been wrong, and when I went in store the customer service was just horrible. The staring, slowness, attitude, mumbling, and lack of care just arenāt it. Overall, Iāve found they donāt toast the subs anymore, even if you request it, donāt read order notes if youāre completing an online order, and will do whatever they can to turn customers away to close early.
Tonight, we ordered two subs. We asked for them to be toasted, which as youāll guess by now, didnāt happen. We paid $3.50 extra for avocado, to which we were given about a teaspoonās worth wiped onto the edge of the footlong. The same footlong was drenched in watered down sauce to the point my husband couldnāt hold it, whereas my sub had absolutely no sauce! I guess he got all of my missing sauce š¤·āāļø. We also ordered a garlic and cheese toastie, typically made with garlic aioli and cheese, which ended up being dry bread with burnt cheese ā not sure where the sauce for that one ended up!
Iām really disappointed with the new staff here. It doesnāt hurt to be kinder or do your jobs properly in a time where many people are very desperate for work....
