I have never been treated so rudely. The food was great, and the younger boy in the dining area was polite and helpful. However, the waitress with glasses seriously needs to check her attitude.

Our daughter was unwell and couldn’t make it to dinner, but she wanted some chips and nuggets. So, we ordered them as takeaway, we were unaware that kids eat for free on Mondays, when the waitress delivered it to the table she began ranting on very loudly and rudely about how they won’t do that again because the child needs to be there to eat for free we were unaware as to what she was taking about as we thought we had paid for it when paying for the other meals, instead of handling the situation with kindness, the waitress was rude and made us feel like we were causing an issue. To make things worse, she embarrassed us in front of the other people dinning near us. She didn’t lower her voice and instead spoke rudely, making the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable.

Good food should be matched with good service, and unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, but sadly, that was lacking here.

Would not return unless the service improves...

I recently visited the commercial pub in a charming country town, and it was an excellent experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a classic country pub vibe.

The live music was a real highlight, adding to the lively and welcoming atmosphere. The musicians were talented, and the pub's patrons seemed to enjoy the music just as much as I did. It was a great way to spend an evening, relaxing with a drink and enjoying some fantastic entertainment.

But it wasn't just the music that impressed me - the food was outstanding too. I tried the Parma, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection and smothered in a rich tomato sauce and melted cheese. It came with a generous serving of chips and a side salad, which made for a well-rounded and satisfying meal.

The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, and I appreciated the genuine hospitality.

Overall, I highly recommend the commercial pub to anyone looking for a fun and friendly atmosphere, excellent live music, and fantastic food. It's a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day, and I can't wait to...

From the outset side doesn't look that inviting but going through to the bistro was a surprise. Looks like they've up graded it at some stage. First time here. Was nice little lounge area with an adjoining out door under cover by Anex/tarp area. Looks nice. Some out door seating out front as well.. Whilst sitting down went to put my bag down. The corner's of the wood near floor/carpet very dusty/dirty could do with a clean.. Toilet area Very Cold and uninviting has a baby change table which could do with looking at for more comfort for babies 👶 Food was Very good had the fish 🐟and chips 🍟 batter was a bit oily and fell off. probably due to lack of flour to hold it together.
