AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Under new management- hasn’t been disclosed with the public.

Food ordered at 6pm, told to collect at 6:30pm. Waited in store for 25 minutes without being acknowledged. When asked where my order was, I received “it’s coming”.

Witnessed the female worker lick her finger to seperate the butchers paper for every new order- no hand washing at all.

Food being stored above the vats (burgers, fish, dim sims) from the minute I waked in, to the minute I walked out.

Don’t bother, waste of time, I hope my review saves you the trip to witness the sheer incompetence I experienced tonight. Go somewhere else. Please.

I recently visited and was blown away by the difference under the new ownership! The food is fresher, tastier, and cooked to perfection. The fish was crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the chips were golden and crunchy just how they should be!

The new owners have done a fantastic job with both the quality of the food and the friendly service. The place feels more welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you haven’t been here in a while, definitely give it another shot you won’t be disappointed!

This place has the BEST food in Australia. Incredible value for money, sometimes I feel bad as I don't know how they're making a profit. A special shout out to Bailey, my partner is a restaurant manager and he makes the best soulvaki and burger she's ever had. Absolutely beautiful, you would think someone cooked it at home... So fresh! I eat here most days and now so does my partner. I've eaten at their competitors and this place trumps all of them. Absolutely incredible!
