Glenrowan Dad & Dave's Billy Tea Rooms & Accommodation — Restaurant in Victoria

We had visited the tea rooms years ago and, seeing we were in the area, decided to visit again, but we won't do it again, sorry.||The scones were ordinary, served with fake cream but nice jam, the hot chocolate weak and watery, Kellys pie, chips and peas - all previously frozen I'm sure - I was so looking forward to a real home made pie! The plate was piled high with chips, half a plate of tasteless peas and the dismal pie. Coffee was ordinary too. Having said that, the service was great, the place has atmosphere just a shame...

Hubby and I popped through to view the town after an exhausting drive, were looking for lunch and Tea/Coffee. Just sooo very happy with this find. Welcoming staff,great great food...very well priced. Easliy accessed, user friendly layout. Relaxing music. A wonderful experience and highly recommended. Sooo good in fact, we stayed overnight at lovely local Motel, then returned the following morning for the Big Breakfast....and be warned!...it is HUGE.... well done to mangagement...
