Hungry Jack's Burgers Bacchus Marsh — Restaurant in Victoria

I was doing menulog delivery yesterday. While I did the delivery and I get notification for new order from hungry jack at 5.52pm and I was arrived at store 5.55pm. When I arrived the food still not ready. And the staff just say their busy at the moment and I understand that. After 10minutes wait and see the customer that made order while I’m was waiting there already get their order. And I ask again the 2 girls give me same excuses. And I lost my patience for wait any more longer after 5th I ask them and they say a same excuses. 40minutes I was waiting there and they ask me to wait again. Are you guys okay ? Just because I was doing delivery that doesn’t mean you can treat people like that. I only get pay for $8 per order and you guys acted like I get pay hourly like yours. Don’t ask me why I didn’t unassigns the order because Menulog not same like the others delivery app. You need to contact support and have a reason why you want to unassigns the order. Menulog was asking me to wait there because I will get reimbursed pay for delay. And I already the second driver that Menulog send to the store for collect the order. 40minutes wait and end up get pay $4 for wasting my time after I begging Menulog to cancel the order so I can start received new order. To whoever that made order I feel sorry for you. I don’t know how long wait until customer get their food. I walk out from 6.37pm and customer made his order...

POOR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICE!! I hope this reaches to the owner of the business and the management of Hungry Jack. On Saturday evening (28/09/24) between 8:45 to 9:00 we (6 friends) went to have food at Hungry Jack’s. The manager took the order, we ordered 4 meals (roughly $70) and refused to give us ketchup and charged $1.50 extra for 15 ketchups. We are living in Australia since last 10 years and have never paid for ketchup. Later on she (THE MANGER) agreed to give 3 to 4 ketchup free per meal. But later on denied it.

It was not at all about the ketchup worth $1.50 but it was about the attitude and arrogance which lead to poor service. Till I understand “Customers are always a priority when it comes to any business “. She was not wearing a name tag as well which is one of the policies of Hungry Jack’s and said “ I don’t want to serve you nor will tell you the name, do whatever you want to”. Such Managers lead a bad example to the team and will not let the franchise work in profit.

I would urge the business owner or whoever manages these to ask her or any employees for more details or ask us about what unfolded that day and will be happy to help.

Hungry Jack's Bacchus Marsh is the finest establishment this side of Uluru. If you haven't sunk your teeth into a Bacon Deluxe after sipping on a Frozen Coke in the car park of this joint, you simply haven't lived. To serve such gourmet cuisine at such an affordable price point is a total steal.

Today I was blessed with a BBQ cheeseburger and 3 nuggets, topped off with a mini m'n'm storm. The eshays in the corner were not as boisterous as usual. I suspect that is because even they have respect for this fine restaurant. The BBQ Cheeseburger was positively succulent. Just when I thought my taste buds couldn't be any more tittilated, the chicken nuggets brought me that signature Hungry Jack's ecstasy. Let me tell you, I have never eaten such flavourful chicken in my life. Those nuggets are famous across all of Victoria for a reason. The delectable batter elevated the dining experience even more. Not to mention the storm! What more could a hard-working, true blue aussie man want than a mini m'n'm storm. Hungry Jack's Bacchus Marsh uses only the most exquisite ice cream and only the miniest m'n'ms.
