It's Your Pizza — Restaurant in Victoria

I had dinner from here a night ago. We ordered a Hawaiian and a supreme. The nice young person said the pizzas would be ready within 20 minutes, and they were patient when I dropped the coins (oops). We waited in the shop, and while you wait, you can see the kitchen, and it needs an upgrade and even a clean up. It was very noisy and they yelled at each other while they cooked and it gave ne a headache, and it was boring because there was nothing to look at while you waited. But if that's the price to lay for the pizzas, then I'll gladly do 28 of those. The pizzas are always fresh, hot, and almost never greasy. I love Hawaiian and Supreme and usually get those with my family and they both has just the right amount of ingredients. This is now my go to...

I'm not sure if this business has changed hands in recent months but it's certainly not the quality I've experienced from here in the past. Burnt cheese around the edges and the base well overdone is not acceptable. And even worse, when called the "business owner" said that she couldn't help it if the cheese falls off and burns. Perhaps don't put it to the edge? Add to that a staff member calling customers love and darl, customer service is poor to say the least. I have been loving there pizza's for years now and was very dissatisfied with a few things. I asked for extra prawns with no baby shrimp on my large supreme pizza and charged extra for it as always, but this time I got all baby shrimp and not a single prawn. So,I rang to say my pizza is not what I ordered and disappointed for the 1st time in 4yrs.
