I will start with the positive, that the staff were friendly and got coffee and breakfast out quickly. But I do have some concerns about there interpretation of Eggs Benedict.
I ordered Eggs Benedict on Sourdough - it needs some improvement. The sourdough was just bread if it was sourdough it was not great quality. There was some ham slapped on the bread looked like straight out of the bag. Eggs were poached and cooked well but were slapped on top and then the entire plate was covered in what must have been a squeeze bottle Dijon mustard, so much Dijon!
Benedict usually goes- sourdough, cooked spinach, lightly cooked ham, poached eggs topped with hollandaise sauce. You could add a little Dijon to the side to mix it up. But what I got was not really Eggs Benedict. More like 2 poached eggs on toast subbing bacon for deli ham with a lot of Dijon.
