The Top Pub — Restaurant in Victoria

Definitely need to lift your game before we would come back. Firstly arrived to find our booking wasn't known about (yet had phoned twice to make sure it was). We then needed to put our own tables together because the man behind the bar didn't care. There were 17 of us. We ordered at 12, the meals came out spasmodically from 1pm and final meals came out at 1.40 heck of a long wait for basic meals. When the meals came out the man behind the bar served them, called them out and plonked them on the table for us to sort out. When they were served clearly they got caught short with supplies, our schnitzels had be cut in half and shared for 2 meals. The service at the bar was so slow, the bar man didn't know how to make lemon lime and bitters and when asked for a southern and coke was given whisky and coke. Mate went there for a birthday dinner ,they wouldn't give him a table in the main restaurant as "all the tables are booked", (he had also booked)instead he and his 6 guests were placed in the reception room, no table service,food looked like it came from a frozen packet, 55 minute wait for the first meal & one hour 35 minutes for the 6th meal. Went to Parma night disgusting parmas were out of frozen packet cheese wasn't even melted and cold. Went tonight for mother day. One meal had human hair on chips.sorry I'll tell chef.
