Excellent first experience at the bakery for late Arvo feed, of tomato and onion beef pies, were awesome, perfectly made, great taste and perfect pastry type. The vegie pastie, even more fantastic, we were blown away how good they are, and l have eaten from so many bakeries in my decades this has been one of the very best, and to top it off,bthe perfect custard tart, not over sweet, the base did not break and the wife loved it also. So we will now be returning more often, and try more pie flavours, filling types that is. More cakes too, maybe try a hot cappuccino and latte to see how they are. Highly recommended from a meat pie lover new to the region for 11 months, so also good friendly staff, was very clean and good varieties. Hope to see a Lemon Slice and a good Beef and potato pie soon. Prices seemed good, but l did not see the price list at the time though, for anything l got, not displayed behind the glass. But great food..Thanks...

Jarrods Bakery is a customers delight, you are greeted by smiles from all the cheerful and friendly ladies, who are more than happy to guide you through the varity of pies and delicious looking and tasting treats. The flavour choices available in the pies section doesn't make choosing easy, so I will have to return to Bairnsdale numerous times to get through the menu, and rate them all! I had a satay chicken pie today, it had a great flavour which did not disappointment my taste buds, I thoroughly enjoyed a true bakery style pie and my partner enjoyed a meat pastie. I treated myself to a french vanilla slice and my partner gobbled down a classic vanilla slice...which we both agreed were worth every calorie! Again I must mention the ladies who served us the last 2 days... honestly such a pleasure to leave a venue having been served by people who are 100% about customer service... the manager should be giving you...

Firstly only putting a star because I have to - to be able to leave a review . I took a client out for breakfast and we specified to have the eggs done with runny yolks and for the whites to have NO UNCOOKED BITS ( GOOEY BITS ) For it to be served to us with runny yolks but gooey uncooked whites on top . We mentioned it to the lady that the whites weren't cooked properly so she took it back to the kitchen , shortly after she came back out with the breakfast and yolks were hard and the eggs looked rubbery . After complaining she gave money back for this breakfast . Due to the bad customer service which we found out later on was from the actual owner . We left without eating...
