1. Very disappointed with the online ordering and delivery system. Ordered food online for delivery. Estimated delivery time is NOT made available until payment is made. Our order was put in on a Saturday at 6.28pm. Delivery time was estimated at 7.29pm. The food actually arrived at 7.40pm. The instruction for delivery person was to ring me on arrival. However, this was not done and the food was just left outside. I only found this because I checked, thinking the food was taking far too long for a trip that is merely 1.6km. They also charge a pretty steep fee (approx. 3%) just for online ordering.

2. Food was nothing spectacular. We ordered chicken pad thai, fried rice with chicken, green curry with pork and jasmine rice. It was rather ordinary and nothing to get excited about.

3. Value is poor. Quite expensive for what it is.

4. I can't see myself ordering from here again in near future....

I believe Jasmine Food offers some of the best Thai cuisine, especially if you've had the chance to experience the authentic roadside food in Thailand. Once you try Jasmine Food, you'll understand why I feel this way. My family and I absolutely adore their food. Laddy, the owner, is incredibly kind and greets us with a warm smile, creating a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend giving their Thai dishes a try.

The only downside is that the shop is often closed. However, despite this inconvenience, my family and I still love their food. As a personal suggestion, I think they could extend their operating hours. Haha, it's just because we enjoy their food so much and would love to have more opportunities...

Have been going to Jasmin Thai for years, however on a recent visit was shocked at how bad the food was. Tom Yum was not even recognisable as Tom Yum, salty brown soup that overpowered every other ingredient in the dish, over cooked rubbery chicken. Spring rolls were nice until one of us nearly broke a tooth on a 3cm piece of plastic in one. When informing the waitress of this she calmly told us " Oh yes, thats just a piece off one of our graters".." We wont charge you for those" ( thanks for that!) The yellow was so sweet and sugary it was inedible - previously our favourite dish. Very disappointed and embarrassed as we had brought our Thai friend and had boasted about how good it was.
