Despite being peacefully hidden upstairs we spotted it from the side street through the giant picture window, which gives it a very open, light and spacious vibe when you're sitting up there. We were in a group with overseas visitors and just finished visiting Sovereign Hill and seeking a late lunch. We were not disappointed with the offerings, including vegan choices and yummy beverages. Staff were all kind, friendly and professional. I was pleased that our European visitors got a good impression.

Had brekky here on Sunday morning, visited at 9am just as the doors to the store were opening. Crowd in the cafe was not too busy, loved the Christmas vibe throughout the store. Menu was quite simple (did not expect fancy brekky from a furniture store) however food was good. Coffee was good too! Good concept to buy as you dine! Lol Will be back!

It’s hidden upstairs and not so visible from the street. Well worth looking. Open, light and airy space. Great coffee in good sized cups. The savory muffin would be one of the best i’ve tried, eclipsed only by the chilli scrambled eggs (pleasantly very spicy!!!).

Went to this beautifully set out cafe in Ballarat, the food was delicious however one staff member was horrendous, Her name was Courtney, I had to order to my family of 5, every time I read out something from the menu I wanted, she kept saying is that all for today……I had about 10 things to order as everyone got a meal and a drink, she was so pushy it was annoying! Then one of the drinks came out incorrectly and I said I actually didn’t order this I ordered something else to which she replied no I took your order you told me this is what you wanted??? Confused as I never would normally order this certain drink! She then proceeded to ask if I can just have this drink…… To which I wasn’t very keen on, a mum needs her morning coffee to function if you know what I mean. She left a sour taste in my mouth and wasn’t at all accomodating, she was arrogant and obviously didn’t want to be there, it’s such a shame as the ambiance and...

A saviour on a Boxing Day when my partner Alejandro and myself were starving for nice breakfast at Ballarat when most of the cafes are closed.

It’s above the beautiful Provincial furniture store. A spiral steps to climb up and unsure there’s wheelchair accessibility to the cafe. It’s beautiful cafe. Clean and neat. Decor is not a disappointment. The toilets are super clean.

The staff are professional, neat and respectful. They know their job well.

I’m quite disappointed my pancake was dry and not tasty. It’s not as tasty as I thought. That’s disaster & failure. However my partner’s chilli šŸŒ¶ļø scrambled eggs amazingly tasty. He didn’t complain as he was enjoying it well. Sadly mine was a pathetic choice.

I will recommend you to this cafe for its price, decor, chilli scrambled egg and service. I won’t be able to comment on their lunch menu as we had...

Cappuccino and cake worthy of the trip up the stairs (takeaway coffee is cheap from what I recall, about $2.50).

These guys know their cake and coffee. The cappuccino was full bodied and smooth (worth paying the 50 cents extra for their special coffee blend). The apple cake had wonderful spiced flavour, and cream had a touch of vanilla I think which was pleasant.

The sitting area up stairs is light filled, and if you can get a window table, is the best location for view of Ballarat CBD over lunch. This is the place my wife and I take our parents for lunch or coffee and cake. They really enjoy the food, view and browsing the home wares.

The team are professional, courteous, and food came quickly. Table numbers would assist staff take and...
