Went to this beautifully set out cafe in Ballarat, the food was delicious however one staff member was horrendous, Her name was Courtney, I had to order to my family of 5, every time I read out something from the menu I wanted, she kept saying is that all for todayā¦ā¦I had about 10 things to order as everyone got a meal and a drink, she was so pushy it was annoying! Then one of the drinks came out incorrectly and I said I actually didnāt order this I ordered something else to which she replied no I took your order you told me this is what you wanted??? Confused as I never would normally order this certain drink! She then proceeded to ask if I can just have this drinkā¦ā¦ To which I wasnāt very keen on, a mum needs her morning coffee to function if you know what I mean. Itās above the beautiful Provincial furniture store. A spiral steps to climb up and unsure thereās wheelchair accessibility to the cafe. Itās beautiful cafe. Clean and neat. Decor is not a disappointment. The toilets are super clean.
The staff are professional, neat and respectful. They know their job well.

I will recommend you to this cafe for its price, decor, chilli scrambled egg and service. I wonāt be able to comment on their lunch menu as we had...

These guys know their cake and coffee. The cappuccino was full bodied and smooth (worth paying the 50 cents extra for their special coffee blend). The apple cake had wonderful spiced flavour, and cream had a touch of vanilla I think which was pleasant.
The sitting area up stairs is light filled, and if you can get a window table, is the best location for view of Ballarat CBD over lunch. This is the place my wife and I take our parents for lunch or coffee and cake. They really enjoy the food, view and browsing the home wares.
The team are professional, courteous, and food came quickly. Table numbers would assist staff take and...
