KFC Warragul — Restaurant in Victoria

Placed an online order for home delivery, when it arrived (Doordash driver didn't knock or ring doorbell) half the order was missing. I phoned the store and spoke to Lily, she said unfortunately this happens sometimes and that they are training new staff. She offered a store credit or for me to drive down and pick up the missing food (I couldn't because Id had a few beers watching the Matiladas), when I insisted on the reminder of the food to be resent or for just a refund she hung up on me, seriously? I made several calls back over the next hour to try and work out a resolution but they let phone ring out - left a message for someone to call back but I'm still waiting. I've been to both KFC stores in Warragul and the "service" is below...

Absolutely the worst KFC I have every been! I ordered zinger burger meal , received rock hard bun , it was like a crouton haha never had anything like it, I took it back and showed them how hard the bun was by knocking on it and sounded like a rock! So waiting for another to be made , girl made it and called it, the young boy served a couple of customers, that's ok ill wait , even tho it was just right next to him, and then I'm looking at him and waiting , he didn't even turn around for a while to see if it ready so I had to say " can I get my burger" ! Then I go for my chips and they are cold and floppy! Couldn't believe it! Just left them! Also to add that zinger chicken was the thinnest chicken I ever had ! I was very disappointed!...

15 minute wait time but completely understandable as they seemed to have lots of new staff on who were being taught the lingo of KFC. Had to wait about 10 minutes for more of the Original Recipe chicken to be cooked but it was perfect, the oil dripping off it MWUAH MWUAH, sensational and freshly hot. Staff also didn't pack anything else until chicken was out to make sure I was insured fresh product without it sitting out in cold boxes. Restraunt was clean apart from a few crumbs and rubbish left on tables by disrespectful customers, wouldn't help for the day staff to do some cleaning and restocking of fridge as there were little drinks in there when I visited earlier in the day.
